The award-winning RhythmSaw was designed by Johnny Rabb in 1997 and holds a design patent to this day. The RhythmSaw is an innovative change to the traditional drumstick. Its revolutionary design opens the spectrum of sound to entirely new rhythms and musical directions. By using the stick's teeth on the hi-hat, cymbals, rims, cowbell, woodblock or tambourine, drummers can simulate a variety of sounds from a guiro to a DJ on a set of turntables.
